Welcome to Unbreakable Athlete. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Unbreakable Athlete mobile application, website, and related services.
By accessing or using the Unbreakable Athlete platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
By creating an account or using the Unbreakable Athlete app or website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform.
Unbreakable Athlete provides training resources for athletes including:
• Daily drills
• Strength and conditioning workouts
• Confidence and mindset training
• Coach practice plans
• Parent communication tools
• Motivational affirmations and quotes
These services are provided for educational and training purposes only.
To access certain features, users may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Unbreakable Athlete is designed for youth athletes.
If a user is under the age of 13, an account must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
Parents are responsible for supervising the athlete’s use of the platform.
Some features of Unbreakable Athlete require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions may be purchased through:
• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your app store account settings.
All payments and billing are handled by the platform through which the purchase was made.
Unbreakable Athlete does not directly store or process credit card information.
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Refunds are subject to the policies of the platform where the purchase was made.
Unbreakable Athlete does not control refund decisions made by Apple or Google.
You agree not to:
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the app or servers
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute proprietary content without permission
• Misuse athlete training content for commercial redistribution
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Training exercises and drills provided within Unbreakable Athlete involve physical activity.
Users should consult with a qualified coach, trainer, or medical professional before beginning any training program.
By using the platform, you acknowledge that participation in athletic training carries inherent risks of injury.
Unbreakable Athlete is not responsible for injuries or health issues resulting from participation in exercises or training programs.
All content within the Unbreakable Athlete platform including:
• Training programs
• Drills and workouts
• Graphics and branding
• App design and software
is the property of Unbreakable Athlete and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.
Users may also request deletion of their accounts at any time.
Unbreakable Athlete is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unbreakable Athlete shall not be liable for:
• Injuries related to athletic activity
• Loss of data
• Service interruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages
We may update these Terms of Service periodically.
Changes will be posted within the app or on our website.
Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona.
